I recently had the people next door to me move out of thier apartment and I heard them complaining about how they were going to post a bad review on this site. When they moved in they had new carpet and new appliances but after living there only a year the place was destroyed. The management has to replace the carpet and a lot of other things which resulted in a lot of charged for these slobs.

Other than my annoying, messy neighbors I have been living here for 7 years and absolutely love the place! I wanted to come on here and post a positive review after hearing that the idiots next door were going to post a bad review for things that were 100% thier fault. My time here as been great and I everyone in management has treated me very well. In my experience here if you are polite to the staff you will get what you want but if you are an ------- they will be less likely to work with you. This should come as no suprise to an intelligent person!

So when reading all the negative reviews of this and any other apartment complex take them with a grain of salt :)

Not everyone who posts a bad review is bitter. Let's talk about exposed wires in the hall air units. Let's talk about trash that sits in the hall for weeks. Let's talk about door cameras that aren't even plugged in. Lets talk about security doors you have to fight with to open. Let's talk about maintenance people that show up smelling of alcohol. Let's talk about the unusually high amount of "bad neighbors." Let's talk about the fact the after not living there for almost a year, they still have not taken our number off of the dialer in the entry. You have your opinion, and we have ours. Take a look.. a lot more bad reviews than good. Maybe, just maybe, you're wrong. But don't call anyone who had a bad experience bitter. That's ignorant.

Wow, mr/miss anonymous. I have to stick with John on this one. Yes there may be more bad than good reviews, but its a sad fact that most people who are satisfied with the place they live dont post on sites like this. i understand you upset at your experience. fine, but like you just said, youve been gone for over a year. things can change, and fast. ive not experienced anything like that and only had top service since living here.

I looked at this place, not bad looking, but I just wanted to comment on one of the OP's first points. "...but if you are an ------- they will be less likely to work with you". Now, I'm normally a nice guy and I obviously see the advantages of treating others nicely, BUT whether or not this guy is a ---- shouldn't affect his service at all. He's already paying rent, if something goes wrong, the management/maintenance needs to fix it. Regardless of that person's attitude.
