A good place to live

I've lived at Lake Place for a year and have enjoyed it. The units are clean (we're actually in a remodeled unit). The W/D in unit is awesome. For the largest unit they have, electricity is only $40 a month. Gas, water and cable tv are paid for. I wish they'd include a parking garage spot with rent, but they don't so it's $40/month. The facilities are very nice and well maintained. I have really enjoyed my time at Lake Place.
