3 years ago, a single cigarrette torched the 11447 building because the decks hadn't been treated in years. There were other fires there before also. There was crime there with people breaking into cars as well as naked housekeepers running up and down the halls drunk of her butt.

Removed. Anything good that I said before was totally blown away by the crime, filthy conditions and noisy neighbors.
