Thieves are breaking in vehicles all the time. The grounds, halls and parking lot is full of trash, trashed out vehicles and just a plain dump. They don't know how to clean the outside of the place and it looks like the spiders have taken over. It's supposed to be a lake front property, even by it's name, but you can't even see the lake because of all the trees in the way. Hope you like curry stinking up the halls and illegals running the hallways, drug deals and loud vehicles in the parking lot. You can never go in the hottub because it's closed all the time and the fitness equipment is so old that it never works. I'm just happy I'm moving out this weekend so I don't have to put up with the trash anymore.

Ok, first of all she was not "mugged" she was approahed by a couple teenagers who asked for money, the girl gave them $6.00 and they left.....mugging I think not....2nd of all crime in Eden Priarie is up by 40%, and the police department is doing little about the situation, and car breakins are happening all over the city at other apartment complexes and in neighboring cities, including private homes....why blame the management, why not the police department who refuses to put more cars on the streets?

When the management fails to do ANYTHING to help secure the building, like fix locks, better parking lot lighting, security cameras, who do you blame? It's just a matter of time before the criminals move from the cars to the apartments. Yes, crime is up around the whole Twin Cities and the cops blame the States Attorney and judges for going lenient on the criminals.

The management did all they can. Tenants have to take responsibility and not prop doors open all the time.
