I lived there before and had to move because of a fire. I moved back after a couple of years. My Jeep was broken into twice in the underground parking space that I had to pay $40 extra each month for and only after major complaining from several tenants did the management put in security cams and door plates over the locks. The management didn't offer to pay for the broken windows. If they would have even attempted, I might have thought about staying, but as soon as they didn't even try, I was looking for a way out of there.

The cops are always in the parking lot for something. Call Eden Prairie PD to find out all the stats on crimes at this apartment - 952.949.6200.

If you get Apt. 357, make sure that you note the ding in the tub on your move in sheet. I discovered it after I turned in my move in sheet and told the management. They told me they couldn't fix it, so don't worry and they still charged me with it on my security deposit. I wonder how many other people they have done that to.

If you can get past the spider webs all over the windows and walls, the shake falling off the sides of the building, the low/no security lighting, the garbage and trashed out cars in the parking lot, the awful smells, the leaking sewer drains in the garage, the noise from the inconsiderate neighbors, the noise from the parking lot and emergency vehicles running up and down Anderson Lakes, the inadequate power from Xcel, then by all means, have fun living there.

The word "LUXURY" needs to be removed from the sign.
