Just came across this website and I can't believe some of things being said, RIDICULOUS! I have lived at Lake Place for 4 years and have no plans on leaving in the near future. Cars get broken into anywhere, not just there. Why should the Management pay for a broken car window' If I'm dumb enough to leave valuables in my car, it's my own fault. That's why I carry insurance. I think it's pretty great they installed cameras. I can't imagine it was cheap, and I don't remember my rent ever going up as a result of it. They are always doing lots of new things;They just refurbished their sauna and got a new treadmill.

The office staff and Maintenance have always been great to me. I can't imagine they have easy jobs. People complaining all the time. Well guys.....Two thumbs up!!!!! Keep up the good work!!!

Don't take this apartment if you don't know exactly how many complete years you will be staying. In case lease breakage you have to pay 6 month's rent minimum and many other charges. I did not find any apartment who is charging so much. Even for month-by-month you have to give two months notice. If you want to stay here forever, it is good for you. I hate this lease breakage policy.
