Holey smokes that first person sounds very jealous and crazy to me. I ALSO used to work at City West and I lived there and I really liked it. Who is anyone to say what the Manager drives'' WHat does that have to do with anything'' Hmmm....maybe this person has nothing better to do then watch where D lives and what she drives. The bottom line' It's a nice, yet older, clean place to live that has been managed well for the last 3 plus years. If you're looking for affordable, good location, you can't go wrong.
