Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
Lived here almost a year now. It's spacious and clean. They just re-paved all the lots. I love the pool with the sliding roof.
We did pick the wrong side of the building and can hear the 212 traffic a lot, but that's not the buildings fault.
January '07
We've given notice.
Management has changed twice.
Our building is becoming "The dog building".
We have a couple of drunken young people in our building who wake us up at 3AM Sat & Sun (& other days) screeching and laughing.
We were "treated" to one of the young ladies pulling up her shirt one night.
Then there's the old lady down the hall who comes by in her house coat. "If you have any wine I'd be happy to pay you on Friday".
Another "neighbor'" doesn't seem to know where the trash chute is and stores trash in the halls for days at a time.
If I'm not getting the "luxury" I pay for, why pay for it. We're gone.
