When we moved in 2 years ago it was awesome. Then new managment came in and it went down hill fast. Raised rent over 200 dollars in the 2 yrs. Office staff unfriendly. Noisy very noisy over the garage!

i signed my renewal lease in may, with NO increase!! the apt.s are great, with all new appliances and other upgrades. the office staff seems to change often, but the maintenance staff has been stable and Very reliable. over all, i would highly recommend Park At City West!
