I have been a resident here at PCW for 3 yrs now & I have nothing but "good" things to say about my stay here...the only time I had to even call maintenance was when my dryer went on the "fritz", & only 2 days later, not only did they tend to the problem they simply replaced both the washer AND dryer, no questions asked...my neighbors on either side of me have been "angels" (thanks much) & sure you do pay your own utilites, but nowadays just about everyone is paying their own gas bill anyway....long story short, this place is totally worth it & if I wasn't moving out-of-state, I'd have no reason to leave.....I'll miss this place!!!
