Looks great, sounds nice, but they won't let you in if you have ANY type of "criminal history". Which includes petty misdemeanors. Which means SPEEDING TICKETS will get you declined. $45 application fee for nothing.

Maybe they're afraid you're going to run in the halls.... [eye roll here]. If they own it, they can make just about any rule they want. I think you'll find that renter laws are all in support of the landlord.

Are you kidding me? I have a crap load of speeding tickets and they let me in. I make Wild Bill Janklow look like an amateur on the highways, except that I haven't killed someone. And with all the illegal alien Russians and Mexic@ns (this website actually censors Mexic@ns) living here, you have to have done something more than just speeding tickets, like stalking or rape or murder.
