So I have read multiple reviews here in the past few weeks and decided to go back and take a look for myself. Nothing has changed.... its still the same place it was a year ago with same staff.... I find it so funny that people are only posting to get a discount on their rent! I moved up and out a year go.... away from a staff that becomes to involved with the tenants personal life and a Manager that only cares about a full occupancy so she can get her bonus check!

Don't believe everything you read! Please before replying to my post with the message, "find something better to do", please don't! Like I said I moved on from this place... I just get the emails telling me what people are being offered to be paid for...... so I checked out the complex and still hold the same opinion. This site is for opinions and well those that want to give a positive review great.... but there are those of us who want to tell our truth!

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO LIVE, this tenant has the correct information about PARKWAY! DO NOT RENT!!! This is THE WORSE PLACE in Eden Prairie! An Upscale city but the worse place as an apartment complex. The pool is not worth it nor is the fitness center. The equipment NEVER works well at all!!! RENT IS TOO HIGH FOR WHAT YOU GET! Water bill is too high! Hallway and elevator smells like someone pissed in them ALL THE TIME! WHY ARE THE CORPORATE PEOPLE NOT COMPLAINING TO THE OWNER ABOUT THIS MANAGEMENT STAFF!!!

OK??? Obviously you do not have a life. You moved out of Parkway over a year ago and you are receiving emails about Parkway??? Wow, I wish I had your time on my hands??? I have lived here for several years and because I live here - I like to watch what people have to say. Anyway, I love how you and your responder from July of 06??? have so many things to say. Obviously you are both miserable people. Being a resident of Parkway, I can say that resident's are not getting a rent discount to say positive things - that is a flat out lie! If the staff is still there from over a year ago, I'm sure that the management company is well aware of the fact they are competent and cabable of doing a great job. The manager has been there for over 4 years and I've never had an issue with her. Too bad you just assume you know things - you know what they say about people that ass u me...

Obviously, you really do have alot of spare time, to just sit about and say negative things. Apparently you haven't moved up and on far enough to even still want to know information on, what you say is a past place of living. I think you still live there, otherwise how would you know that people would get some sort of discount off their rent. Now the way I see it is, you said "you used to live there and you went back to check them out. Who was it that showed you around then? You Lie!! Don't be a vermin all your life, just get one. A LIFE, you LOSER!!

Such positive feedback.... again I have every right to speak my mind just as anyone else here. I have a wonderful life and have moved up! I actually have a washer and dryer in my unit that works and don't have to worry about others taking out my laundry anymore. I don't have hallways that smell of urine or a foodshelve from residents any where in my building. I have a great management company that I rarely have to call because things are handled by professional people that have worked in the business of leasing for years. I love my new home and the neighbors I have met. "...Who was it that showed you around then?" RESPONSE: I have friend that still lives in the building and was visiting.... so that should answer that! thanks for all the response... Please remember that this site is for opinions of the property not to be rude to people you have never met and no nothing about. You don't have to agree with my opinion and I don't need to agree with yours.

BTW, Parkway is paying people to make positive comments on this website, the issued a flier to all their residents.

I agree 100%. It's a nice trick to give tenants perks by having them write positive reviews, but that skews the truth. I gave this place a negative rating and hopefully someone will take note.
