This property is badly kept up and overpriced. Need I say more'

There were asian cockroaches in my apartment when I first moved in, and which would not go away.

Maintenance on issues which were indisputable was not much above the level of "putting a bandaid on it."

I think it's fair to say they are running these apartments into the ground, and I'm not sure that it makes sense to live like that. There are plenty of other palces in Eden Prairie and the surrounding areas that would probably be happier to have you and charge you the same amount.
