After reading all these comments I have to ask myself why try anymore. It's clear that the owners of this property put a crappy management company in charge. Driving through the parking lots you can see how horrible this complex is... but if they actually decided to go inside....... wow! I'm surprised that no one has contact the BBB or Fair Housing on these people.
We hear all the time about how bad mainentance is, management sucks, poor skills of all employes..... Look at any of Pinnacles other properties, you'll see that things look the same across the board. I suggest that you know who the management company is before you rent.
