Save your time and money... look elsewhere, the amenities aren't worth the headache

I thought this place would be great, but in the last 3 years I've lived here, I've noticed a decline in maintenance care, cleanliness of buildings, office workers, etc...
Maintenance/Office Personnel: When requesting work to be done you must remind them time and time again (typically slow response). Had a pest control issue and had to wait a couple weeks because office staff mixed up apartment # and Plunkett wouldn't be back until the next scheduled appointment. Many times walked into garage only to find staff smoking right by the door which is very irritating considering they could walk 20 feet to outside and do that. Reminders to move vehicles or shutting off water need to be posted in advanced... not the day of... 24 hour notice is only fair but haven't seen that happen. Not to mention the fact our water has been turned off for maintenance at least 6 times in 2 weeks from 9am- 4pm which is very inconvenient for 2nd or 3rd shift workers (don't we count also')
Cleanliness of building: Numerous occasions smelled of urine in elevator (called and complained many times), the previous live-in staff kept this place clean until management fired them all and hired outside company that doesn't care about cleanliness as they should being it is their job and all.
Also, why do I pay more for my unit than some pay for a larger unit''' Oh and love the fact that the building is sinking... all of our doors to the building were getting stuck partially open (huge safety issue!) they had to chisel out the cement under doorways in order to have doors fully function able.
Save your money and the headaches that come along with Parkway!
