While the apartment complex looks nice from the outside, after living in the place for a few weeks, it is very easy to see that you are paying way too much. I don't know if it is an issue with the maintenance crew or other residents, but on multiple occasions the room with the trash chute is full of garbage, so much so that you can't open the door! In addition, maintenance requests take a long time to be addressed, and we have yet to have one addressed satisfactorily. For example, we had water leaking from our ceiling multiple times, and when I asked to have someone fix it I had two separate employees tell me that they probably wouldn't be able to paint it for a few weeks. Hello! I'm not concerned about the water stains, I'm concerned about the water dripping from my ceiling. And our refrigerator leaks water because we have too much food in it' Ummm, last time I checked that was the purpose of a refrigerator. Finally, there is no where near enough notice when they are going to turn off water or tow vehicles to paint the parking lot. We had to pay over $200 to get our pickup from the impound lot because my husband works second shift so the car is in the parking lot all day. While the office staff has overal been relatively curteous, they are not overly helpful or bright. Overall, I think you can find a much better place for the price...especially when they raise the rent each year with no increased value from the poorly maintained buildings.
