Since I moved here in 2005, Parkway Apartments has been a nice place to live. The office staff are friendly and courteous, and the maintenance staff always seem to repond quickly to service requests. Understandably, all apartments have their downsides, but Parkway always is trying to make it a better place to live. I know they are undergoing some renovations of the property right now. In fact, I just renewed my lease and Parkway is upgrading MY apartment! (Of course there's a small fee, but it's well worth it!) I just referred a friend of mine to move here and not only did I get a referral bonus, but my name was put into a drawing to win a new TV. I would agree that the people writing nasty things about Parkway would not be happy with anything, no matter what.
