So I was on here looking at reviews of apartments in Eden Prairie and came across Parkways review. I live at Parkway and I have no problem telling how it is here. The whole reason behind this sight is for tenants to voice there opinions right' First off I will say I will not be renewing my lease. There are several different reasons for that though. I have lived at Parkway for more years than I ever planned on. I have seen leasing agents come and go. When I first moved in here there were some really great ladies working here. Very kind, respectful and eager to resolve and issue that came up. They used to have cleaning crews that were tenants of each building. I loved that. Everyday the hallways, elevator, entry way's and garages where clean. The woman that cleaned my building would work so hard for her money and was a friendly face to see. You never had to feel like in order to invite people over you had to go clean up the entry way. She was proud of where she lived and so she made it so everyone was proud of where they lived. That is not the case anymore. For a while now they have a cleaning crew that really sucks. They don't live here so why would they care how well they clean. Yes there getting paid, but that's not enough to make them go that extra mile to really make this place nice. There is one leasing agent that is kind and really tells it like it is. Other than that, I really can t say much positive about the others. Most of the time they seem uninformed and scatter brained. Is that there fault' It probably is not. I think it comes from the awful training I am sure they get. I have nothing but negative things to say about the apartment manager. She has always been very rude, short, and when she does pop her head out of her office she only ever has negative and or false allegations to say. I m not a loser. I pay my bills and work hard and don't have late night parties. I pick up trash my neighbors drop on the floor and don't bother to pick up. I ve even vacuumed up coffee grinds that were dropped out of someone s trash in front of the refuse room. I don't ask for much. I just want a nice place to live and this place to me, no longer is that place. I have several other things negative I could say but I won t. I say go with your gut when looking for a place to live. It doesn t hurt to look at this sight, but it should not be your only way to judge your future residence. Last but not least, ask to meet your future apartment manager. Make sure you know who you ultimately will be dealing with. I sure as hell wish I had. You have to realize that most managers are the one's doing the hiring of the staff, and who will you be dealing with most of the time' That's right folks the people that the manager hired. Good luck.

You are so right...what can I say....haha...its very very true....nobody needs to complain about anything unless there are major issues to complain about..it wont be late until the management issues another post saying how beautiful the property is...the only thing that is attractive about this place is that its less expensive compared to other properties in eden prairie...go to chestnut townhomes or somethin property they are wayyy wayy better!!
