This website just blows my mind. Whenever someone has a bad day or needs to vent,or doesn't get what they want from the office, they get on this site and say horrible and untrue things. For one thing, there are other people that get on this site besides the management. Just like those of you that enjoy writing bad reviews and commenting on those bad reviews, there are people like me that also read these reviews and cannot believe a thing you say. Parkway is a very nice and professionally run property. If you think that Chestnut is a better property than Parkway, I think you should look in the mirror and see who the real white trash is. If you cannot afford to live at Parkway, maybe you don't fit in with the demographics of Parkway and need to go to Chestnut to feel like you are more at home.

Well seeing this posting makes me sick! This sounds like management! I have met Amy (the manager) and she is super moody which seems to show in this posting. I rent at parkway, I can afford it, and just because some people cant, why would you dare refer to them as whitle trash! That is just insane to me. I know this has to be from Amy since she seems to be the only one in the office with an attitude problem. I have met and worked with Gina and she is wonderful. I just dont understand why she is not in Amy's position. I feel alot more people would be happy if she were.

I totally agree! I posted on here to let anyone know what my experience was at this property. BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT THIS SITE IS FOR! Immediately I had two responses, one saying how great the place is and another by this ----- saying how miserable I was. The are obviously management or workers and the nasty one is EVIL. They are ruining what this site is supposed to be.

This is the most pathetic posting yet. Nice attempt by the management to pass themselves as tenants. The whole area surronding parkway has some of the lowest income residents of Eden Prairie. Your income does not not hold any weight as to what type of person you are though. I'm not white trash. I would bet that Amy (managment) makes more than me, but she is white trash. Why? Her attitude.

I did not say that Amy was white trash, but that sure seems like something she would say to someone threatening to move to another area. I have heard her poke her head out of the office and talk very rudely to her leasing people. She never has a smile on her face. Gina ALWAYS does. In customer service, you have to make a customer feel good about where they are, amy does not provide this, others do however. Even at the recent dinner thing she did not seem very nice. At a social event she can't even put on a smile? C'mon! I work in customer service and a smile works wonders for people! how can her life seriously be so miserable? get a new job if you are so unhappy! it reflects on everyone it seems. also, the new girl they got up there with the blonde hair whoe is tall; is not all to friendly either. whenever I think about going up there for a movie; if she is there, I turn right back around. not about to let HER ruin my day as well!

Hey guys- I am sitting here in Iraq right now and my wife just got us an apartment here at Parkway. Despite all the ungreatful, un-American people and complaining, I've had 3 good friends who have lived here. They were in the military too. They had nothing bad to say, but maybe they just appreciate their home? Anyways, come to Iraq and live in MY CHU- Contained Housing Unit and I bet you'll like your place more than what the Army has to offer. Sickening ungreateful people who are an embarassment to America- Wake up call- People in other countries appreciate what they have.

I'm not in the military but I'm sure they go through hell and can appreciate the smaller things in life but... once again, I'm not in the military and I don't have to live somewhere that is a crap hole just because it's better than being over seas! I am very great full for this sight because it gives me a heads up of the problems and helps me determine where I want to call home.
