The living experience was average. Not much to thrill me, not much to disappoint me. The management company was very upsetting, though. There was a huge penalty for breaking the lease and the management company would absolutely not negotiate the terms at all. Once they have your signature, they feel no obligation to provide anything resembling customer service. Why should they' You're locked in for 12 months of rent regardless of what they do.

If you read your lease, you would see the terms there in black and white. Besides, leasing agents go over all of your options. They offer you a get out of your lease option. If you at that time decide it's not for you. Not their fault, your future changes.

I agree with treated like a number. Yes they have good amenenities there, but when compared to being able to hear your neighbors through the walls and the awful creaking floors and the most annoying thing of having neighbors that do not care about where they live and leave garbage laying wherever they drop it, their kids running and screaming up and down the halls...the ameneties pale in comparison. They don't even allow the residents to congregate in the lobby's, they call it loitering. The manager NEVER smiles, IF she even comes out of the office at all. I did notice that the leasing staff was always pleasant and ready to help if they could, but their hands are tied also, always needing to get approval from management. Nothing was ever done about complaints of the noisy, uncaring neighbors. It wasn't a very enjoyable place to live. Glad I am in a better place now.
