I moved into Shadow Green in Aug of 05, It's my first place after moving out of my parents house. During the first few weeks of moving in Icalled maintenance four times to fix four different problems. They all were taken care of but not for like a week and the problems only took them like 10 minutes to fix while they were here. About a month after moving in there was a really bad storm and a wasp nest had developed in the bedroom airconditioner so all of these wasps flooded in and my girlfriend and I had to stay atmy parents for three days while maintenance fixed the problem. I don't know, it seems like a nice place when you first arrive butthere are alot of things that I do not like such as no locks on the entracedoors to the apartment buildings but thats only on the older westside buildings, there are no video cameras in the parking areas, the grounds are littered with trash for weeks, the dumpsters don't get emptied enough. Other people living here seemed fine but right after i moved in my apartment got surrounded by people with kids so it is kind of loud. I would suggest looking somewhere else to rent.
