Paint has been peeling off of our exterior wall since we moved in - but since we don't face the parking lots or internal roads, why bother - prospective residents won't see it anyway right'
The support above our patio door is obviously rotted (wet after a rain) and has warped our sliding door - maintance has been requested to look at it numerous times with a response of, "Hmm" each time. Very safe. I'm looking forward to having the second floor come crashing in on us some day.

Storage lockers have doors that allow the pin to be popped out easily and have any thief come through and grab anything they would like. This was demonstrated later last year where someone entered all of the lockers in our building.
The laundry facilities provided are awful. I know how to do my laundry and have done it for many years - I know how much I should be able to load in a washer and it is NOT my fault that the washer didn't drain all the way or the dryer didn't dry my clothes - as informed to me by the management.
The price for this place is phenomenal but, you get what you pay for.
