Not the worst but could use some improvements

The worst problem for me seems to be the laundry. Two washers and dryers for about twenty apartments is not enough. The washer does not ring out the clothes at all. Then when put in th dryer it takes about three cycles per load to dry, for two loads it costs about $10.00. Walls are paper thin. If you need maintenance you are supposed to call--well they never clean off the messages and you get eight seconds to leave one. Then they aren't returned. Its probably never a good sign when you are a perspective renter and they don't return your calls-that should have been my first clue!
