These are not bad apartments for the price. I'm sure that there are auto break-ins from time to time. But show me an apartment complex that doesn't have that happen. If I had one complaint it is that the management does not enforce the complex rules. Unfortunately I have complained about the same tenants multiple times and although the behavior seems to be corrected for a couple days it isn't long before the same person is violating the rules again.

As for the laundry rooms. I used them a few times and then opted to go to the laundromat instead. What I've seen written about the washer and dryers here is pretty accurate. They seem overpriced for the quality of the machines. And if you can get by without having to run your clothes through at least 2 cycles then you are lucky.

But the bottom line is that for the price you can't beat it. It is apartment living and if you expect anything more then you might want to buy a house instead.
