I found the office staff to be friendly for the most part. We, too, had a problem with bugs, but it was at a time when most of the Twin Cities did. The maintenance was efficient--it didn't take long for them to respond to problems. The pool was a bit yucky in the summer. Overall, it's a nice place but I wouldn't recommend it to younger people. Most of the tenants are senior citizens.
