I have lived here for some time and it had gotten inreasingly louder. At night people slam there apartment doors REPEATEDLY so HARD that it shakes my whole apartment and keeps/wakes me up at night, these people have no obvious respect for those who need to work in the morning and sleep at night. Not good insulation, can hear ALL noise from upstairs.
Also LOUD screaming children are allowed to run and play in the hallways, and run rampid in the parking garage.
Regarding the bug issues from the 2 above reviews, I too have had a problem with bugs and have had to have a exterminator out at my own expense to try and control it.
