What to say about Sterling Ponds, the amenities, the services, the features and the security??B.S. all of it. I lived there several years and it was awful. Wonderful apartments: the apartment walls are so thin that you can hear everything from the people above, below and to the sides of you at all times. The bugs: no one will lift a finger to do anything about bugs. Amenities: if you have any issues with appliances GOOD LUCK in getting anyone to fix them. Security: I once came into the apartment and they were replacing STOLEN security cameras. That??s right folks?? someone stole the security cameras off the walls in what is suppose to be "a secured apartment".

The apartment complex itself has an office manager who wouldn't budge from her seat if the building was on fire. She was never available to do anything. She would sign for UPS packages and lock them in the office and leave for days with out delivering them to the apartment or making them available for pickup. If you had a question or complaint, it was like talking to a brick wall. The handyman is at least 100 - with one foot already in the grave and is worthless. I could not get him to fix anything, even the smallest of things. I once asked them to repair a broken door fixture on a closet and was literally handed the part and told to fix it myself. The underground parking is a joke as well, no security; cars are broken into, smashed into, you name it, etc??

So if you are looking for an apartment with all the above, send them your personal information and best of luck.

I currently live here at sterling ponds and i found your review to be false on every single point. Maybe thats how it was when you lived here, but now its a wonderful place. Ive never heard anyone in neighboring apartments, the staff and maintence have been nothing but kind and helpful.
