We lived there for 6 months, only because we needed a short term lease and they were willing to not up the rate for short term. The neighbors below us were so loud we called the police on numerous occasions because the management was afraid of being sued. Personally I think it was because she didn't want to lose the deals she was getting on her nails. We had to run the a/c all the time, just to drown out the noise from other people in the complex. It was a constant playground for young kids and one apartment had at least 7 people in it on our floor. Unless you like to party and don't mind noisy neighbors don't do it!
