I AGREE WITH PREVIOUS POST. ADD A FEW THINGS:
-WALLS NEED PAINTING
-HALLWAY COULD BE VACUMED
-NEED ONSITE STAFF 24X7 IF THEY'RE GOING TO RENT TO COLLEGE KIDS
I LIVED HERE TWO YEARS AND SEEN SHARP DECLINE IN SERVICE PAST FEW MONTHS. MANAGEMENT ALSO SERVING ALCOHOL TO MINORS ON THURSDAY NIGHTS FREE OF CHARGE WITHOUT CHECKING IDS. BUILDING SEEMS UNSANITARY AND I NEVER SEE STAFF PICKING UP OR CLEANING WHAT THEY WALK PAST. IT IS ALSO TRUE BLUFFS IS GOVERNMENT SUBSIDIZED

I DO NOT RECOMMEND BLUFFS

The walls are painted on a regular basis and I hear the hallway being vacuumed at least once a week. This building and the grounds have always looked immaculate and it seems to me that the staff actually does more cleaning than they need to!!!!

And the comment about college kids is age descrimination. I'm 21 years old and never drink or party or really cause noise. I'm one of the quietest neighbors you would probably have, so please don't stereotype.
