It was a scary place to live with all the gang banging going on in the parking lot on weekends. I swear those people sounding like they were from the rough parts of Minneapolis. The cops didn't come by enough!
Also "I hear" the place was robbed last year. A lot of their equipment was stolen, but you would never read about that in the newspaper. The sucurity sucked.
There was underground parking in which you were to use your pass key to get in. Countless times other cars would tailgate behind you and get mad if you paused so they would also have to use their pass key. Don't they realize that's how crooks get in' Idiots!
Also since the parking was underground, in the winter your car would smell like cigarette smoke thanks to your neighbors who smoked nearby. The smoke smell would not leave my car.
The price was not worth it to live in the hood. Why pay over $1000 to live amongst the low income housing units' I have felt safer in Minneapols than at The Luxury Hood of Eden Prairie.

Actually my apartment faces into the parking lot and I have never seen gangs or anyone who even resembled a gang member. And you can't believe everything you hear, this building is quite safe. And if someone wanted to rob this place, they could find a way to do it no matter what, banks and government buildings get robbed too!

This complex blends "section 8" residents with people who pay full market value - not fair. They should at least tell the people who pay full price (before they move in) that this is a low income building. That's why there are so many problems.

actually I have witnessed over 15 gang fights, front row in the parking lot of the bluffs. and the story about the cars getting broken into, and everything stolen was true, 14 cars, in 3 different levels of parking. For proof call the EPPD, they will give you a more accurate story.

I have been in eden prairie for 25 years, there is no "hood". It's all the section 8 people, every apartment anywhere with those is the same. I think the govt gives section 8 housing some sort of break, or funding, otherwise there would be no reason to house them at a high-end apartment.
