Lets get something straight. The guy writing all that bad stuff about the bluffs used to live here, and no longer does. He is obviously a disturbed individual. I have lived here for almost 3 years, and could not be happier. I do not work for them, so my review is not slanted. If you have been sent here to see the reviews, read the good, because chances are the other stuff is garbage. The Bluffs is the best, so everyone else obviously has a problem with that. If you are looking for a great place to live, this is it. Great neighbors, awesome staff, and a maintainence department that runs this place like a navy ship. I think its like living in a 5 star hotel.

I disagree with your review. Unfortunately the thing he/she were talking about do still happen, just not to a degree which was emphisized. The summers get pretty rough at the bluffs, Call the Local police for some of the crazy calls they get about the bluffs. I was outside at 2:25am ago and saw somebody get stabbed in the neck, and both partys drove off. I know other people saw that too. They left a pile of mcdonnalds trash and pretty much all the trash in their car on the ground. Police came, but by that time 2 of the members had already broken into the apartment and were hiding in P1. Im not out to get the bluffs, im just very horrified at the carelesness of the people that live here. Bought a new car, 5 days and 20 hours later it had $1,200 worth of door dings. Never have I seen soo much careless people. Mostly teens aswell, I suggest you open your eyes a bit more
