I don't believe the situation with my security deposit was handled correctly, according to MN state law. When I have contacted the office/management company, they were rude, and extremely unhelpful. However, the maintence man was very nice and helpful.

There was a dispute with neighbors in the building, and the management did not perform adequate investigation to resolve it.

Sure the apartments look really nice, and they have lots of amenities, but it definitely does NOT make up for the experience that I have had.
