Since December 2005 there have been 3 property managers. If they can t get staff to spend 40 hours here why would anyone want to live there'

The construction is horrible. I have neighbors that are loud until all hours of the night.

Management does not respond to requests or complaints in a timely fashion. The office staff is horrible. Rude office staff.

Stairwells are dirty.

The back walk had no working lights.

I requested an additional key for my family to visit. Staff refused. My family was and still is willing to pay for a background check on them to maintain the security. The management refused. I am a single female and if something was to happen my family can not get into my apartment. I pay rent every month on time. I was refused the additional key based on it is a secure building . I have arrived home several times to the horrible Bluff s to find that the management has propped open the security doors.

The underground garage had such a horrible smell in the summer that you would gag.

Last year (2007) it was $75.00 for a parking spot. Get real.

I went to renew my lease this year (2008). They refused to make any deals, no parking spot. I even offered to sign a year lease. $50.00 for a parking spot. Get real.
