My roommate and I have lived at the Bluffs for almost a year now & we have enjoyed it for the most part. Soon after we moved in, we noticed a few cars in the outdoor lots had been vandilized & the office/media room was broken into and burglarized (obviously by someone who had been inside and knew where the items were). I parked outside until the winter and never had a problem with my car (nor have I had a problem with the underground garage since parking there).
We've never had anything personally happen to us to make us feel unsafe at the Bluffs. In our experience the staff has been wonderful, they're very approachable and willing to help with whatever we need - Lisa, Dave & Yancy in particular. They never come into our apartment without first asking if it will be okay (sometime asking more than once just to be sure) We've taken advantage of the incredible amenities, and feel they're well worth the higher price of rent. In the last 6 months, we haven't noticed or heard of any security issues. The couple gripes I have about our actual apartment are: no sprayer hose on the kitchen sink, no exhaust fan in the bathrooms and our very loud upstairs neighbors. Other than that, we really love living there and have already agreed to renew our lease for another year. Our neighbor are great and the staff sets up many events so we can all get to know eachother. I feel for the people who have had bad experiences but hope that we comntinue to have great ones.

FYI there are exhaust vents in every bathroom, with fans which are located in the attic. These run 24/7, and are virtually silent. Dave B. Bluffs Maint Supervisor
