I've been told I'm pretty high maintenance by my friends. I had to complain at my last two places almost daily. (I should say both of them were small time landlords who did most of the work themselves.) Anyway, the Bluff's is like a breath of fresh air. I call the office and they take care of whatever I need. I've had to call maintenance twice and not only did they fix my blinds and my sink, they left me a note to say that they had been there. It's unheard of! I give 'em two thumbs up. Also, I love not having to share a laundry room with my neighbors.
