Good Location. Poor ventilation in Den

It is a nice upscale apartment. The Ventilation in the apartment is bad. There are just 2 AC ducts one in the bedroom and other one in the living room. Dinning area and DEN have not ventilation. To put a fan in the Den you need to shell out 100 bucks :(
