I have lived here for almost 1 1/2 years & have experienced two water pipes
breaking. My apartment has water damage from one of them. Also - several problems
with their fire alarm. Not fun to deal with at one in the morning. Office is not very pleasent to work with.

I have been living here for 3 or more years have never had a fire alarm at 1 am. I am aware of one pipe breaking (only affecting a couple of units it looks like) but the office staff was wonderful and did everything in there power to help me out and had emergency people on it about 30 mins after it happened and had the problem fix immediately. It sounds like you don't have renters insurance! tis tis.... Overall I would still move my family and friends into this place.

Nice try! You obviously do not live here. If you did - you would remember the fire alarm issues. And don't even try to speculate what I am living through right now with the water damage in my apartment. It's not my personal property that I am worried about (because I do have renters insurance) - its the crap that they have going on within my aprtment. And - it's pretty much the entire first floor. Just a couple units?? Wow! The office has been a pain through this entire situation. Sure they called someone right away & had them on site fixing the problem quickly. But do they even care what the effected residents are going through?? No they don't!! They have done nothing to make my stay here any easier. And they continue to feed us bull crap lines. It is not my fault that they do not know temp control rules - during cold weather to ensure that piipes do not break. So don't try to talk about it like you know - because you DO NOT!
