Overrall I liked living at Watertower. The apartments are nice, staff is friendly, the building is maintained very well, and the amenities are generous. The underground garage is spectacular and it includes a carwash area. The building security is very nice. The fitness center is great for an apartment complex. Building elevators are a nice convenience. The restaurant Old Chicago is officially now my favorite pizza. The location is great for shopping, movies, grocery, parks, etc...

A review below mentioned a water main break over the winter. I didn't live on the first floor so I can't comment on the specific apartment damage, but I will say the management was on top of the situation with repair, cleanup, and replacing entire drywall sections. I have to say I was happy I didn't live on the first floor when that occurred, I imagine the hassel that must have been to those tenants.

I have lived in many apartments in multiple states and this is one of the better run places. We did have noise from upstairs, it is an apartment. My only recommendation is if you are looking to lease here and are particular about quiet think about the 4th floor.
