I've lived here for about a year now and I really like it. I love the location and it's a pretty nice apartment compared to my old place. The gym is always neat and clean along with the overall property. The last review about the trash problem, who's at fault' I don't know why someone would leave all that trash there if the chute is broken' So do we blame the apartment building or the tenants who are too lazy to take the trash downstairs and throw it away there' I saw that pile up myself and thought "what idiots". The mess was cleaned up within a couple hours after I saw it (on a weekend). So I think that the maintenance did a pretty good job of taking care of the problem.
