I am about to move back to "The Cities" after living in NYC for the last 5 years. I looked at the site here because when I move back to the twin cities there is only one place I will live while there. Cedars of Edina! I saw a couple of poor reviews here and read them over and could not disagree more with these people. Cedars is a fantastic place to live in MPLS/StPaul. It is the perfect location to get anywhere in the cities. Fantastic shopping, eateries, and movie theaters within walking distance! The apartment that I lived in 5 years ago was newly renovated and spacious and I really liked it. The grounds and the pools are fantastic and the staff is friendly and helpful. I really recommend Cedars after having lived there, and, I will be happy to return. I just hope there are vacancies .

Yeah, better hurry up...they're bound to run out of apartments any day now! What? Was that too much sarcasm? Well, welcome back. Cedars will seem like a discount paradise after living in NYC. I have to say, I'm looking forward to every new update on this site because the staff members are getting so creative with these reviews!

Wow!!!!!! I know location matters so what its located by a few stores. Its not that close to downtown minneapolis. And its not close to S.T Paul either. It all comes down to management and the apartments. Managers watch this site 24 hours i swear cause for every bad review there seems to be a good one hmmm doesn't make to much sense for me. And yeah i did write one review and yes i do write responses on this apartment because people need t know the truth. I mean people who are looking at this site will believe the residents perspective then the managers and people can tell when managers write fake reviews on here

Watch out! The big bad "professor" is going to blow a gasket! It's a ratings website, not a classroom. I suppose you correct your friends if they send you a poorly structured text message too? I must say, it's a bit hypocritical to be telling that other person they need to go do something productive...you're doing the same thing, no? Oh, you're probably just defending yourself. Well, trying to anyway.

It is so funny how people always say get a life, do something productive, why waste time blogging or writing reviews.....Fools! it takes less than 5mins to write a review. Think about all the time you waste at work online shopping, checking social sites when you should be studying, cheating on your spouse when they're at work. You can be as busy as Bill Gates and still write a 5min posting. Remeber technology is advancing, so a lot of people can do it from their phones. By the way hurry up buddy they're running out of apartments. You might be stuck with one that has the 1970s cabinets. How bout that for a lil sarcasm! Just hate when ignorant people say "do something productive" like they spend every min of the day doing things that promote good in society. Bottom line, Cedars is a dumb in masked behind their beautiful grounds.

Okay, lets take a quick look at the wording of the review. First, how does the writer know that the particular unit they lived in five years ago was recently renovated, were they given a tour of it? Also, subject states that they hope there are vacancies. Are we to believe that they are 100% booked? They write the review as if it is 100% occupied but apparently, the unit they stayed in five years ago has been recently renovated and is still vacant? If not vacant, did the current occupants invite them in for a visit. Sounds like another colorful review from management.

"The apartment I lived in 5 yeas ago was newly renovated and spacious and I really liked it." Now, does that mean that the apartment has been newly renovated recently, after I left? Or does it mean that it was newly renovated when I lived in it? The "I liked it" at the end of the sentence sort of makes that clear. It was renovated just before I moved in. You seem to be a little mixed-up in how words are used. Have someone read it to you, see if that helps clear it up for you. Once again, I am not management. I live in NY city and I had a great experience with Cedars of Edina!
