The cedars is diffently not a place to grow and prosper. The apartments are ---- roach and mice infested. The hallways stink some thing aweful. Everything they do is done half assed. The Management team is a bunch of idiots. They lack the proper skills to screen and seek out GOOD tenants. I heard they are going to install cameras in the hallways and garagres. Well if this is such a great place to live then why all the cameras. The fact of the matter is that on 2 different occassions the tenants car have been totally vandalized while park IN THE GARAGES. the police are at the apartments constantly. I guarantee you that the police that complex more then any other here in edina. I will admit the outside grounds are nice , BUT...... dont be fooled living there and visiting is really very different. I have read all the postive and negative things here written about the cedars and all of the negative is true. Most of the positive is written by the management team themselves. DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PLACE .
