Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I have lived here a little over a year.
I am a fifty female.
I keep to myself and nobody bothers me.
It is quiet, I feel safe, and any issues I have had were promptly dealt with.
I read a compaint about them charging 35 dollars for carpet cleaning upon vacating. This should not have been a complaint because they make it clear to you when you move in this will be done.
Anyway I like the people diversity and love the location. My rent includes garage.
