I have lived here for a month and a half now. Never seen any mice or bugs of any kind. Awesome staff, quiet building & neighborhood, nice laundry facilities. People's cooking smells do get in the halls though! thats for sure.

I have lived here for over ten months and you could not be more wrong! Lately two or three guys yell in another language every 20 or so minutes during the day. It is disturbing to say the least. The children in the building run the grounds like they own the place, despite numerous warnings in the monthly bulletin not to ride bikes on the paths. It is common in my building (1/3 times I walk through the hall in the morning through the afternoon) a child running the halls without pants on. The children scream and cry throughout the day and one parent likes to feed and yell at her child while he rides his trike in the hall. This is where he takes his breakfast and lunch, crazy.
