Looks like staff is posting all YES / good responses with anonymous name. Especially this review(http://www.apartmentratings.com/rate/MN-Minneapolis- is funny when he said, there are no bugs, i have friends in all 4 buildings, everyone of them complained about bugs, mice and more. If you want real proof, go check complaints list for bugs in the rental office. Angie manager of community shouldn't be allowed here to post ratings, managers must only respond to review, not rate apartment. Maintenance staff is horrible, they feel it's their property, they slam into your cars, talk rude. Don't post any caution signs while working.
