I have delayed responding to the last two posts because of the time and effort involved in refuting each allegation even though I believe it may be somewhat apparent to the readers that many of the complaints are being orchestrated by a small group of people who may or may not have lived here, who have exaggerated and are vindictive.

Although this site specifically states that no attempt is made to ??verify or assure the accuracy of the claims,?? I??m concerned that the mere fact that it appears in print will give readers the impression that the anonymous posters experience is the prevailing experience of our residents which is simply not true. How do I know this' Because my staff and I interact with many of our residents on a daily basis and not only do they express appreciation for the staff and our services but they continue to reside here, many of them year after year. Even more to the point, our residents continually recommend Cedars of Edina to their family, friends and co-workers as evidenced by the fact that 43% of our new residents are referrals from current or former residents.

Please don??t just take my word for it, come and see the property for yourself and if you have any doubts after visiting our property, please tell us. I look forward to meeting you and showing you our wonderful community.

Give me a break, your touting a 43 percent referral rate? How can you say that when 99 percent of your referrals are Indian programmers from Infosys? Honestly, if I spent the last decade of my life living in a mud hut, Cedars would be the bomb, but step into reality. You love the property because you can bonus on 600 leases per year, but deep down you realize the whole place should be bulldozed.

I don't think that what oldresident2004 said was correct. I have lived here for a couple of months now and I can't say anything bad. Since I haven't been here for a long time I can't say anything about moving out problems etc but I can say in the short time I have lived here the grounds around my building and others have gone threw a serious revamping, all of the buildings have been repainted, and I haven't seen anything inside that is broken or in disrepair since I moved in. The grounds look amazing, the staff has been nothing but friendly and responsive, and it is a hack of a lot better then the staff at my old apartment.
