Dont trust the ceders edina staff. They can promise one thing while you sign and change the whole thing before you move in.
Their own manager (ANGIE) will not honor what their sales staff commit to..!!!
Sales staff happily commit one thing, and you stuck with Angie arguing with her.
Contract value will be definitely increased on your renewal. SO dont get fooled by initial rent.

From Angie Macias, Community Manager: Prior to residents moving into Cedars of Edina, our leasing agents prepare and review together with the new resident, a cost sheet detailing the expenses one can expect to incur. This is completed and discussed at the time the apartment is rented and copy is given to the resident. The Leasing and Management Staff are available seven days a week to answer any questions. Cedars of Edina uses the Multi Housing Association Lease Agreement and adheres to Minnesota Fair Housing Policies. we are committed to our residents having a great living experience at Cedars of Edina and continue to improve the property to exceed expectations. |
