Yes I agree with previous reviewrs, staff say one before signing and does other after you sign.
In my case they promised one apartment but when my moving date came they said the unit is not ready and have some tech problems and wants me to consider a different unit.

List of problems,
1. Staff ridiculosly unprofessional after you move in.
2. The Hallways stinks with curry smells all the time.
3. When you leave staff come up with so many charges even after you hand over in a clean condition
4. No thermostat in the units, water qaulity sucks

All I would say good luck movin here.

The hallway smelling like what people cook is hardly a problem of the apartment staff.The water it softened so it doesn't taste good (unless you are used to the kind of thing) but if does bring benefits with it (better cleaning qualities).
