Apartment's location,safety,outdoor parks,walking area,playing area,gym,swimming pools &party rooms are the best features of it.. The sitting rooms are big one.But kitchen is small &bathrooms are ok.But poor kitchen shelves&floors&dirty carpets .The management was good before 1 & 1.5 yrs.New mangement are very strict& more rules.They will talk very nicely &friendly...About the rent & services are below average ..if anybody asks abt the rent they will tell its the "Market price".(always they will give egs of oil&milk market price).but i dont know without customer satisfaction how the market values are increasing !!!FYI there is no lowest rent rates here on all seasons(like oil or milk).Pls change your examples!!!! They are renewing outdoor areas ,(4-6 mnths winter nobody come & sits in the parks ,right,then y')if its we are paying for inside apartment renewing ,thats acceptable, then we have to pay a big amount when u move out, unnecessary fine for this dirtiness (its very very old carpet)i did my best cleaning in this carpet ,but i did pay fine for this,Once in two yrs they clean the carpets but its not the professional carpet cleaning..(its only the shampooing)Abt the A/C more sounds then cool air.( sitting room only)I think current management inputting lot of effort for developing the outside looks not the inside the apartment.Staffs are very energetic & hardworking....But not useful for residents..They are always tell foolish thing about the rent increasings...Maintenance ppl are good ,they will fix the problems asap(not within 24 hrs)..only few of them ruining the apartment's reputation,all i written here its true, thanks for reading it!!!!
