This place SUCKED! The staff is rude except for Brice. There is no sound insulation at all, you can hear your upstairs neighbors do everything. The move out cleaning list is ridiculous and they will still find things to charge you for. They just want your money. They don't know what customer service is and they will always have an excuse for everything. Also they are over charging for application fees and in the great state of MN it is against the law to make money on application fees. Cedars will get caught doing this.
