Pleasant but got tired of the cold showers

Nice apartments at a reasonable rent but there was never any hot water. This concerned me not only when I was showering for work but also when using the dishwasher. I don't think the water ever was hot enough to sterilize the dishes. I didn't have to pay a water bill though.
In the summer parking is crowded. In the winter some tenants pay the additional $40/month for underground parking and it is easier to find a spot in the lot.
The pet policy was nice. The pet owners didn't pick up after their dogs though. When the snow melted in the spring there was dog poop all over my ground floor patio and on the ground.
